Sorry für die Offtopic - aber ich feier den Anhang "Speise KW.10 - 02.03.B.neu.xlsx" - der Speiseplan hat bei uns auch hohe Prio ... Steht jedoch im Intranet.

Zu deinem eigentlichen Problem: Am besten mit Messagtrack und E-Mail (inkl. Anhang) sofern möglich beim Support melden, dann können die Jungs und Mädels sich das direkt anschauen, sofern es kein einmaliger Verschlucke war.

Die Meldung macht mich etwas stutzig. Zwei Fragen dazu:

1. Sind die Systemvoraussetzungen für die beteiligten Server, auf denen die NSP-Rollen installiert sind, vollständig erfüllt?
   Insbesondere mit Blick auf die eingesetzte .NET Framework-Version und fehlenden C++ Redistributableswäre das aus meiner Sicht noch einmal prüfenswert.
   
   
2. Könnte es sich eventuell um eine defekte Datei handeln?
   Wäre es möglich, dass der Empfänger die betroffene Datei test weise auf einem anderen Weg (z.B. ZIP-Archiv, alternativer Transferkanal) zur Verfügung stellt, um auszuschließen, dass sie beim Transport beschädigt wurde.
