HTTP Request Timeout Rules / Regeln

Hallo zusammen,

wir haben aktuell das Problem wenn wir in Configuration -> Rules wollen das erstmal für 1 Minute Contracting Server erscheint. Dann nach Timeout erscheint oben als Info Bar "One or more errors have occurred. To view detailed error messages click here...."

Wartet man den Timeout ab kann man in den Rules wieder alles machen.

Hat jemand eine Idee woran es liegen kann?

CPU ist bei 1-5% und der RAM bei 55% Auslastung

Funktioniert der Import der User korrekt?
Auch die Gruppen etc?

Nicht das der hier solange wartet.

Wie kann ich das testen ?

Den Timeout bekommen wir nur im Rules Bereich. People and identities -> Domains and users geht ohne Probleme und sofort auf

Schau mal bei "Domänen und Benutzern"
Arbeitest du hier mit Gruppen AD?
Automatischer benutzerimport...

Vermute wie gesagt das die Gruppen nicht korrekt aufgelöst werden vielleicht und es deshalb ewig dauert

Ja hier kommt auch der Timeout wenn ich den import anstoße.  Wie bekomme ich nun raus an welcher Stelle er jetzt ein Problem hat ?

prüf mal die AD Anbindung.
Greif mal per LdapAdmin (freies Tool) auf den AD Server zu.
Reagiert er hier auch langsam?

Wenn per AD ist das per SSL abgesichert?
Zertifikat abgelaufen?
Alles nur Möglichkeiten, kenn die Struktur nicht bei dir.

Passt schon der Hinweis von dir war schon hilfreich und konnte den Fehler finden. Letztendlich lag es an einer Anpassung in der Firewall das Port/Service 3268 nicht erlaubt war.
